This is a listing of Pokémon episodes. Some numbered episodes will also contain another label, such as "AG" and "DP". Most people perfer to list the episodes like this. They're not seperate anime series, as they continue on like any episode would. They're categorized in a 'season' fashion.
AG stands for Advance Generation. DP simply stands for Diamond and Pearl season. All of the episodes before the Advanced Generation series are simply called "Original Series" and do not need a special label.

Pokémon Chronicles and Other Specials
This is a list of 'special' Pokémon episodes, sometimes also called Pokémon Chronicles. These are far different than the expectations of a OVA, as these episodes have been aired at least once on television, as if they were part of the TV Series' episode listing. Examples of these are "Forest of Pikachu" and "4 Eievui Brothers" which once aired as two-hour specials, but are part of the original TV series.
Included as 'specials' are the feature-length special The Legend of Thunder, and Pikachu's Winter Vacation. Please also note that not all of the specials may be listed.
Some of the specials were given their own episode number, to be part of the Television series. Although not all of the specials were given an episode number. Those specials shall be labeled with a '*'. Specials from the "Weekly Pokemon Broadcasting Station" will be labeled as "WPBS".
