Roy Mustang is a colonel that works for the Amestris military. He's pompous, intelligent, attractive, tactical, and cocky. He is constantly teasing Ed about his height, which makes Ed not very fond of him. Mustang usually has a stern or mocking face pasted on, but sometimes he lets loose a smile and relaxes. His alias is the Flame Alchemist.
